You can only cancel automatically recurring subscriptions.
When you cancel, all future recurring debits are cancelled, but the account is still active until the end of the current subscription period.
Manual renewal accounts can't be, and don't have to be, cancelled. They expire automatically if not renewed. |
Cancellation is different if you have signed up using Credit Card via CCDeb, Amazon, PayPal, or 2checkout.

To cancel a CCDeb Recurring Subscription,
click the corresponding button below, and log in to your CCDeb account.
Select the subscription to Ngroups.NET in the displayed list, and click on
the link under "Status". The details for the subscription to Ngroups.NET
is displayed, and you also see
a cancellation
button.
Note: The login to CCDeb is your e-mail address combined
with the password you have chosen yourself for CCDeb, not your
Ngroups.NET login! Use their lost login functions if you don't remember
your login. |
To cancel an Amazon Recurring Subscription, click the corresponding
button below, and log in to your Amazon Payments account. Then go to "Your Subscriptions".
There your subscription is listed, and you can view cancel it.
Please note that you can not reverse the cancellation. If you change your mind, you will need to create a new subscription when this one expires.

All existing PayPal Recurring Subscriptions will be cancelled automatically, since they no longer accept payments to us. But if you don't want to get notifications about the failed debits, you may cancel it.
To cancel a PayPal subscription, click the corresponding
button below, and log in to your PayPal account. Then go to "Profile", and then go to "Pay List". There your subscription is listed, and you can cancel it.
