Agreement and service provider

These terms govern your use of Ngroups.NET ("Ngroups"), a service of @Space Enterprises, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms. Read them before purchasing access.

You must be at least 18 years old, or 21 where required by the laws that apply to you, and legally entitled to access the material available through the service. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country and community.

Usenet content

Usenet is a public, distributed forum containing articles supplied by third parties. Ngroups provides access through upstream service providers and does not exercise editorial control over Usenet articles. Material may be offensive, inaccurate, harmful, or incorrectly labelled.

You are responsible for the material you access and post, including compliance with copyright and other applicable laws. Access to an article does not give you permission to copy or distribute it. Copyright notices and counter-notifications are covered by our DMCA Policy.

Accounts and personal use

Accounts are for the subscriber's personal use. Do not share, resell, or redistribute your account or login credentials. Commercial use requires our prior written authorization.

You need your own internet connection and a compatible newsreader. Your website login and NNTP credentials are separate; NNTP details are available in your dashboard. Contact support if your purchased access has not become available.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for:

• Unsolicited bulk messages, spam, repetitive promotional posts, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• Flooding, trolling, off-topic posting, or cross-posting to more than three newsgroups.
• Copyright infringement or material prohibited by the laws of the United States, the European Union, or your place of residence.
• Discriminatory hate, harassment, defamatory statements, threats, or publication of another person's private information without permission.
• Feeding a news server, operating a news caching service, or similar redistribution.
• Excessive continuous downloading of entire newsgroups or other use beyond a personal account.
• Attempts to bypass security measures or access restrictions.

We may revoke posting privileges for abuse. You can ask support to review that decision using your account details. Loss of posting privileges alone does not entitle you to a refund where reading access remains available.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice or refund. You are responsible for losses and legal costs resulting from your violations. Spam cleanup may be charged at USD 200 per hour, together with applicable collection and legal costs.

Download and connection limits

Metered accounts and data blocks have the download allowance shown for the purchased product. Each account also has a simultaneous connection limit.

Unlimited accounts remain subject to these acceptable-use rules and do not provide a dedicated connection. We may limit bandwidth, suspend or cancel service, or decline renewal where usage is unreasonable or affects service for other customers. We reserve the right to modify account limits and settings; purchasing a yearly account does not permanently fix those settings.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing period and price presented at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time using Billing in your dashboard. If you cannot use the billing portal, contact support or use our contact form. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid subscription period unless a refund or termination ends it earlier.

Do not send your password with a cancellation or refund request.

Refunds

You may cancel and receive a refund within 15 days of subscription signup or renewal, provided that the service has not been used during that time. Contact support within that period to request the refund.

After 15 days, refunds are available only where a technical problem with the core service prevents you from using it properly. Problems with value-added services are excluded from that technical exception.

If you were never assigned access credentials, or cannot access the service because of an error on our part, you may have the charge refunded or have your access activated with compensation for lost time through additional access time or an account upgrade.

Other refunds are not provided, except in cases of fraud. A chargeback or forced refund without a valid reason after using the service, or after termination for abuse, violates this agreement. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law requires us to provide.

Fraudulent charges

Contact us promptly if your payment details were used fraudulently to purchase access. We may request a police report to substantiate the claim. Fraudulent charges will be refunded, and we cooperate with the appropriate authorities in investigating fraud.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle customer information, payment processing, website analytics, and service usage information.

Service disclaimer and liability

The service and material accessed through it are provided "as is". The Company does not endorse or warrant the accuracy or reliability of articles, advertisements, linked information, or products obtained through the service. You rely on that material at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the service, material, or products.

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your posts, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms, including claims involving defamation or intellectual property infringement.

Governing law and agreement

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, an action arising from the service must be brought within one year after the claim arises.

The English version controls. These terms form the entire agreement concerning the service. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive it; waivers must be in writing. You may not assign your rights without our consent; the Company may assign its rights and obligations.
